ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details and followed by a second email with shipping information once the package has been processed. If you do not receive either of those emails, please check your spam folder or contact us at woof@thegoodestdogs.com for confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we are shipping domestically within the United States only but hope to start international sales soon. Sign up on our website to hear from us first when we get International Shipping up and running!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via USPS. Economy Shipping is via First Class Mail and is offered free of charge. Standard Shipping is via Priority Mail and is offered at a flat rate of $5.
LOCAL DELIVERY
At times, free local delivery within the metro Atlanta area may be available. If we are in town and can do local delivery, you will see that option available during checkout.
Deliveries are made either in the evenings from 7pm to 9pm on weekdays or from 10am to 12 pm on weekends. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check shipping status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at woof@thegoodestdogs.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
DAMAGED ORDERS
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at woof@thegoodestdogs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
